Wondering the same thing myself!
This Zaxby's location officially closed on August 22nd 2021 and the building was torn down. They are now in the process of rebuilding a brand new Zaxby's at the exact same location. I don't know when this will be completed, but it may be a few more months given the pace that the construction has taken so far.
