Horne's towing arrived on time, handled my car with care, and made the whole experience painless. Aaron was excellent at his job. He made sure to do everything to prevent further damage to my car. I didn't think my tire was going to make it, but Aaron managed to get it up there without destroying my tire. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them to anyone needing towing services.

What is the procedure in going about getting back a vehicle that was towed. And the price. I was told that $250 is the most a tow company can charge a person to retrieve the towed vehicle. He said it's North Carolina law. Is this true?
