It's rare for dogs never seen a cat being sold in the pet store there are parakeets, Hedgehog, rats and mice that I have seen.

Yes people do sale dogs, and give them away up there.I've never seen cats being sold that people do give them away. No inside vendors sells or gives away pets

They don't sell cats or dogs in the building if there is any being sold there outside.
