Got here at 6pm and ordered my usual, the sampler plate... To only be told ohhh we're out of chicken n dumplings, ughhh and pintos and mashed potatoes. Ughhhhh so disappointing.. The tea was on point tho. I just don't understand if you still have several hours that you are open.. And have burnt rolls.. Smh Why serve a limited menu

Absolutely great dining experience, Emily our outstanding server was friendly, knowledgeable about menu and entrees, attentive, and an awesome lady. Thank you sweetheart. Great job. Food was great, prices are affordable. Great food at affordable prices. And never leave without shopping in the gift shop - love this place.

Stopped in for breakfast. All breakfast items available this visit. Restaurant was not very crowded therefore was able to enjoy spending time with my daughter. Our waiter was training a young lady and both gave top notch service. Enjoyed spending time looking through all the "treasures" in the store as well. Highly recommend this location.

Cracker Barrel has been going down hill for a while now in my opinion. Seems like every time I go in there, there is some type of issue with the food. I stopped going for a long time. I remember when they first opened. It was so exciting. The food was so delicious. You could have breakfast anytime of the day you wanted to. The inside of the store was and still is such a treat to walk around and find the treasured treats of candies of long ago when times were simple and children played outside with sticks and flowers or anything else they could find. Store bought toys and game stations weren’t necessary. All that being said, my last visit was a horrible mess. The roast beef which a large portion of the first bite is rolled up into the napkin was so tough I couldn’t even chew it so I tried and piece. Same thing. The salad was however very fresh and for a side item quite large and very good. The mashed potatoes were so lumpy it was almost like eating a baked potato. My husband got the fried catfish and I think they had not changed the frying oil in a while. The portion size was small and it was greasy. He loves coleslaw but couldn’t tolerate it at all. The biscuits weren’t even cooked as you can tell by the photos. I brought it to the attention of the waitress about the roast beef, she said she would tell the manager and came back with the bill. As you can see. We paid for it. Needless to say that will be the last time.
