You have to go online to their website and set up your appointment. If you're 5 minutes late for your appointment they automatically put you in as a walk-in. Meaning you will have to wait

I always go online and set up my appointments. It's really easy and I like to go early on the day of my choice and no wait. Hope this helps 🙏🏼
