Hello there!! The outside track is still currently closed for the winter (we will occasionally run the smaller karts outside weather permitting if we are extremely busy). The Cup karts are $5/ride & you must have a Thunder Valley Driver's License to drive the Cup karts (the license is a one time fee of $12.50; must be 63 inches tall & at least 18 years old; valid state issues license/ID required at the time of purchase). Cup karts are never included with the armbands; the smaller Busch karts are included with the armbands. We are expecting the outside track to open mid to late April, weather permitting. If you buy an unlimited armband, the outdoor Bush karts are included.
