Is there a good amount of standing room?

Plenty of room in front

Yes. From the pit are in front to the sides all the way back to the bar minus a few tables / chairs is standing room. If upper level is open some standing room but more chairs.

There is a pit..depends on the show..down stairs is mostly standing..

Yes. Basically the entire downstairs with a few tables here and there. There is also a large section in front of the stage that's standing room only.
