Nothing to do with the Dr as I did not see her. This has to do with the front of office manager who was extremely rude prior to scheduling an appointment 1 month in advance but when I showed up for my appointment I was told that our insurance was not accepted and nothing she could do and that she scheduled the appointment and she “is great at telling people what insurance is and is not accepted” . I missed out on a day of work .. make sure you confirm your insurance prior to your appointments or you may be turned away as well!
