Are there rides for 2 year olds and do I have to buy them tickets?

There are some rides that I believe 2 year olds can ride. If you go to there website (https://lunaparknyc.com/attractions/rides/) and scroll down to the mild thrill section, I believe those would be good for 2 year olds. The park does have where you have to buy tickets but for the rides your looking for you can either buy an all day pass (wristband) or you can buy a pass for the season. CARD Everyone can use it but you must pay for what you want ($1=1 point) WRISTBAND One per person but is unlimited all day Under 48 inches: $40/$42 in park 48 inches and over: $65/$69 in park I apologise if this is confusing but I hope this answers your question
