What should I do if I have a phiscal video evidence of me not doing nothing at keystone vs a lien eye witness I got terminated there because I lien eye witness said I assisted some one and I have video evidence ?

Take it to court

This is a claims court situation. Get an attorney and have him or her help you they the process. The DoL won't help much on the first try but persistence is power. Taking this to court right away won't get you anywhere. You have to go thru the right avenues.

I already did the appeal process D.o.l doesn’t believe me but if I take it too court what will happen?
