If I already did the appeal and d.o.l agreed with the lie with the center director of me assulting a student and I have phiscal evidence video to prove my innocence what should I do now ? If I go to court what will that do ?

Don't agree if you're innocent. Center Directors and staff are notorious for lying in favor of center over Student. Tell them you have video and you're going to post it on YouTube and take it to the news if they keep lying. All Job Corps hate negative publicity because it will prove their corruption.

I know when I was there any fighting you got sent home doesn't matter if you threw the first or second punch. If you didn't throw any punches you stayed, no dirty language, do your chores. Stay out of dorm court be on time you would make out just fine and have a good time. I was even a cadet with helping security.
