Why is it that the staff can catch attitudes, burn food and throw food out the drivethru at customers and not get fired?

It's a fast food restaurant and as far as the help is of a concern, they're hiring. They are trying to make a living at their education level. They are no in management. My food has always been good. Also, at my last visit, a lady ordered her food ate half took it back and told them it wasn't what she had ordered and wanted her money back. Not to mention the fact that she asks for a water cup and helped herself to a free drink of which she drink all of the soda plus a refill and the manager said she didn't offer to pay for. I was there , watched her do it. Yes my service was good , food was good .

Never had that problem

I think that would be a question for corporate.
