I was reading someones response and she said that they didn't adequately prepare you for your board test. Is that true ? Do they teach you about hair only or hair and makeup ?

You learn about hair and makeup . They tell you exactly what's crucial for your state board exam , its jusr very important for you to aid in preparing yourself as well. You know what you do and do not struggle with and theyre there to help

they definitely do prepare you. it's your fault if you fail because you didn't pay attention or anything like that. I'm in my last 10 weeks now and feel super prepared for the exam! we learn more than hair here, as we get the full cosmetologist license. we learn hair, makeup, facials, and nails!
