I've been trying to call them evenings, days and no answer..Are they out of business?

I tried to eat at the restaurant at 6:30 pm yesterday and it was closed. A crude piece of paper was taped to the front door that read "CLOSED."

I thought so..I read that their property was up for sale for 2.5mil. Guess it sold...I wss just there in Sept/Oct and my husband's birthday is approaching. Now I understand no answer
