I was refused service in the drive-through because the order taker did not see me make a full circle around the parking lot before entering the drive-through. Why am I required to drive the full obstacle course to get a beverage?

Im sure it's a safety issue and they want people to enter in that order for that reason.

You broke ! The No breaking ,you must wait in line like us All who don't want to either! Code. & it was unsafe .So, Stop finding excuse to blame chik fil a, the food is to Damn good! It's worth waiting your turn.

Inwould ask for thr manager. I have done that and they certainly work hard to be accommodating and reasonable.

Depends on whether you went thru it over any barriers that were already in place.... if so, i would find you at fault for cutting the line and possibly putting others at risk

Their drive thru is really odd. They made us order before we got to the window to see the menu, they had a girl witb an ipad. So I had to look it up on the phone. That was the last time we went.

I dont know?? Perhaps you cut in front of people or just came to the window. Sounds like user error to me
