Ur best bet is to go to Salvation Army nd get on the list for housing i think that's what it's called. Or see the woman at gathering who does social services... They'll pay 1st months rent. U pay deposit.. There's a way around things pay the deposit and remainder of rent to get that done. Kuz no 1 will give u a lease without a deposit. LoL JSso tell the landlord that's what ur doing he'll either help or not but it's been my experience that they will usually do it
