I have evictions (2) on my history. 1st place, i left after 2 months....Roach infested. 2nd place, new management(owners) wouldn't take weekly payments...all of rent or get out (I'd been there 5 years) Can Gathering Place give me a list of places/apartment that will look at what I earn NOW and rent to me?
Not 100% sure but know of a place that does. This place is for Adam's county only.
Your best bet is to go into the Gathering place in person and talk to a lady named Cathy. She works for Denver Human Services she helped me with my deposit when I was moving into my new section 8 apartment.
