Yes they have outdoor seating. And I have seen dogs there regularly
I would call ive seen dogs there but on the outside of the fence that surrounds the patio area. If that is only place they are allowed then they will be standing on the public sidewalk near busy side roads. I wont take my pups there. Pourhouse is caddy corner to Coastal and allows dogs on the patio at the tables.
