Hi Tiffany, Because of COVID-19 we have lifted some of our regular requirements, which means you don't have to provide proof of address. All you need to do is show up on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. or on the 2nd or 4th Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. You'll be able to pick up food and any other items we may have available at that time!

Just go to the action center and tell him that you're homeless I don't think you need proof of address if you live in a car and also tell him you live in Lakewood I think you have to live in Lakewood I'm not for sure I hope this helps good luck
