You need to be a SAG-AFTRA member.
And if you are a SAG-AFTRA member, you will also need to go to the sagaftrafoundation.org site and register for a free SAG-AFTRA Foundation account. SAG-AFTRA Foundation is a non-profit and a separate entity from SAG-AFTRA. I hope this was helpful.
