Agree with others boat ramps or bridges for fishing or rent a canoe from the Outpost. If you have your own canoe or kayak they will (for a fee lower than renting) allow you to launch from their property and pick you up down river and bring you back to your car. We have even arranged for them to drop our car downriver so we were able to keep our own schedule for when we finished our trip.
This is a business. I'd advise fishing from one of the near by boat ramps.
Ls1jay is correct on their comment. The Santa fe boat ramp is just south of the outpost and you can park there and walk along the riverbanks to fish.
