My daughter at 15 worked here and during a lightning storm they did not offer her proper shelter from the storm They also did not give her proper breaks during work.they are very unprofessional at managing there under age workers. I don’t recommend allowing your under age child to start there first job here.

Had an Amazing time. Floated down the Santa Fa river.Saw about a million turtles. It was so relaxing.will be doing it again soon , price was right also.a2 person canoe just 60.00a 3 hrs tour.

I didnt bring mine but I saw others. Your basically on your own and do what you want. Within reason of course!

Agree with others boat ramps or bridges for fishing or rent a canoe from the Outpost. If you have your own canoe or kayak they will (for a fee lower than renting) allow you to launch from their property and pick you up down river and bring you back to your car. We have even arranged for them to drop our car downriver so we were able to keep our own schedule for when we finished our trip.
They are probably shutting a group and will be back soon. But usually ive seen several staff there on the weekend. Seems odd.
