I believe it influences tho, i make $16/hr and n been ay my job 4 yrs. N me alone they wanted a high down payment..if i put a cobuyer i can get it down 1500 down. Still high.
Yes, but they don't use your score, to determine eligibility. Your job acts as your credit.
