We booked a group of about 16 a month before going and could only get a 4:30 pm reservation or late evening. Reservations are a must in season for a group that large.
Hmmm... Not sure, I suggest you contact the restaurant. But, the Shore restaurant in St. Armonds circle, does have the space and layout to seat 13.
