Yes they do. You will be amazed at the size and contents of their menu. I used to live in Lebanon PA. The Hearth is a very popular place to eat. The portions are definitely man-size. Give them a try.

They do offer unlimited breakfast but I don't personally eat there. As a chef I find it very gross that they have over 250+ items on the menu. They can't possibly sell out of all of them before the ingredients expire. So what they serve is either old or frozen. But the breakfast is good because you can't hold eggs in the freezer :)
I don't work there only eat there but yes you can get a limited breakfast anytime
