I would not go to Rutter in Lebanon other than their top tier gasoline. The customer service is absolutely horrendous! I went out of my way to find out the name of one employee which is, Barb! I've seen her pick her nose, sitting in front out the store smoking as you walk in, her finger nails are dirty, she has a horrible attitude, she barely moves, always sitting or leaning over the counter. All my encounters at this particular store have been the worst when it comes to costumer service.

The ‘milkshakes’ are ice and flavor. I ordered a chocolate and Reese’s ‘milkshake’ and it was ice chunks and mild peanut butter flavor. I also ordered a sandwich and pretzel sticks. The milkshake took 10 minutes to come out and they hadn’t even started my sandwich. Pretty sure they forgot about it. They also told me they ran out of leaf lettuce once they’d almost finished it. Then almost forgot my pretzel bites. Why go anywhere else? Because of the poor service and awful food.

Long line moved very quickly during 8am breakfast rush. Cashier very friendly and helpful. Fair wait time for the amount of food I ordered: pork belly breakfast sandwich all dressed up on a pretzel roll and a fried chicken waffle dressed up sandwich with a side of corn nuggets and hash browns. Food was hot and fresh. Very happy there is a Rutter's in walking distance in Lebanon, PA. Excited to make this a regular eat out, alcohol spot.
