I just called the Fort Myers location to ask a question... and the guy that answered the phone says, “I DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH!”...and promptly hung up the phone. Does anyone there speak English or is this service for Spanish-speaking customers only?

I'd used this car wash for MONTHS, even part of their smart car club or whatever. About a month ago I'm going thru the wash, and their machinery goes haywire and sends one of the arms from the ceiling thru my driver's side windshield! I kid you not. Then, they tried to shuffle me off, some playing the "no English" game, and even suggesting that it was my fault...that I must have had my foot on the brakes😡. I'm in litigation with them RIGHT NOW. And in my investigation I've discovered that they REGULARLY damage cars going thru their wash. So...wash there at your own risk.🚫👎

I have been to that carwash many times and don't speak Spanish. The carwash menu at the automat is in English, very simple and a wash starts at $5 bucks. Vacuum is free.Business hrs are displayed on their website.
