Car came out dry, vacuums are great

Almost the worst, why would you wanna dry your own vehicle after paying them to do so? I went through 3 times and still had smudges on all sides of my truck. They tried telling it was because of the person in front of me?!?!?! When asked for money back they said it's already in the system and couldn't, I told them I'd call corporate apparently that worked cause then they offered cash back. Good luck guy's! I went to snappy car wash and they have been the best!

This is a great deal for the money. The wash does a great job and the rags they provide really help dry the car well and make it shine. The staff here is also very helpful

Yeah same
The first time we ran my wife's Odyssey thru, the bak wiper was damaged. They paid for the repair and now tape it every time I go thru it. The owners are very good people.
