Yes as the others say 7 p.m. is the busiest, however if you can go earlier maybe 6 or 7 in the morning it's fine, but I don't suggest to go after work. It gets busy, too hot and you have to wait to use the equipment.
Both times are good. You can choose to switch between 7 am and 7pm sometimes in order to feel the difference and pick the best one for yourself.
I find it's busiest directly after work (5-7ish) so by 7 it will be starting to die off again, but generally still busier than the rest of the day.
Earlier the better. I myself workout in the morning around 5AM, absolute bliss!
Night time is usually crazy cause everyone can go. I would say 7 am cause it's a bit more space. Plus you have the whole day to rest after you workout.
