I have received packages left on a ramp outside my porch door, subject to rain & snow. Can I ask the carrier to simply open the enclosed porch door, and simply put them on the floor inside the porch? No one sits there in winter.
All of a sudden I have two packages missing. Seems they are hanging out somewhere at the Chicopee Terminal instead of Pittsfield. What's going on?
