Optimun us so unproffessional they need new staff because a monkey can do better the customer service team is not worth calling because they said they did one thing and they dont do it and u have wait like a month for ur money cuz of their error

On one hand that they are an evil sadistic company on the other hand they're not Frontier we need more options

Before I moved to N.C. last October, we used Optimum. Their bill would go up every month. All these random charges for this & that. My husband would be on the phone with them all the time. Glad we don't have to deal w/that anymore.
