I received the two free tickets and I tried to get one more and the lady I talked to told me to go on line and I can get a ticket for a dollar ..and I was not able to do so can you tell me what I could do please!!

Call them back and tell them the issue. They are usually good about fixing it. You might just be able to pick up the ticket at the box office the night of the show.
