bought 2 tickets on line never got conf #. got to Fleming Island box office said tranaction did not go thru. Pay again. My credit card said pending but I paid again. now I have paid twice. How do I get a refund or extra tickets for double pay?

If the 2nd payment go through then contact them and show them that the 2nd pair if tickets weren't used. They may credit you with movies or a refund

I agree with Jim I think if it does charge you twice if you were to go to the movie theater and show that baptism I'd make sure you keep your ticket stubs and maybe even make it a point to say something about it if you happen to somebody that works there. My preference would be to talk to some kind of a manager or supervisor just so they know and let their wear a lot of times they'll work with you. The movie theater at Opie mall has given us free tickets when we were sitting in the movie for like 30 minutes and walked out cuz we hated it I got free tickets for a different movie.
