You should have received paperwork explaining how to return and an 800 number that you can call for return items plus you should have received a return sticker that gets applied to the box for returned items or reuse the box that it was originally used, unless it is damaged than another box should be used in its place. The 3rd party is done via "mail return" b/c the Walmart did not send it to you directly as it came from outside their company and is not regarded as a "in store" bought item. You can try to return but be prepared for a denial and the steps to return by circular mail unless you have the pre labeled UPS or FEDEX label.
Ik if you buy anything from Walmart.com you've got to send it back to walmart.com because of the third party vendors so you'll prob have to send it back through them and if your talking about the red machine that you get DVDs from and it's down there's a machine at the CVS pharmacy you could prob return it to
