This is the worst ran juvenile correctional facility. You call to set up a visit. Drive two hours to get to circlesville only to be greeted at the door by the most rude unprofessional guard. Literally looked at us and said why are you here? We responded we had a visitation set up. His response NO YOU DONT! My cousin was turned away from seeing her son. She started crying in the lobby. The guard on duty MR. Humphrey looked over at her and ever so rudely told us to leave the premises.
