Veteran here, Rena is partially right about being 100% service connected for dental. The only way around that is to be going through the vocational rehabilitation and employment program. That program is located in building 3. Specifically be in the chapter 31 program, which pays for college or a technical program. If you would like to get enrolled into that, Gabe Brown would be who you need to talk to. You are considered 100% while participating in the program. The only reason I know this is because the VA chapter 31 program paid for my bachelors degree in social work. I had dental work for all 3 years of college ( I finished in 3 years due to going year round). I hope this information helps. Have a wonderful day!
Only veterans that can get free dental have to have a 100% service connected disability.
