Why are 25 experienced R.N.'s being forced out of their hospital provided but personally paid for housing within walking distance of their work to give their apartments to new hires with little or no seniority?

Made because the new hires are not being paid as much as the other 25 RN's and the need housing. While the 25 make enough now to afford housing. Its just a guess because if its not that then who knows what the powers that be are thinking. Surely not i. It was just a thought to your question.
