They serve breakfast daily 7-11am and lunch/dinner 11am to 8pm or 12pm-9pm depending if it's weekend.
After breakfast and before dinner.
I believe they serve lunch as soon as they open. If no, then at least starting in the late morning. My wife got lunch around 10-10:30 when we last went around breakfast time.
