What hours can you ship money orders and cash through the courtesy counter

Can I use my credit card to send cash to an ark Walmart Store

I have to be honest, im not sure what the hours would be for that. I would go to a Western Union office, at a different store. Im thinking their hours would be from 9:00am-5:00pm, that when the nail place & pharmacy hours start. I hope this was somewhat helpful.
