They have an automated pre-registration and checkin which is nice but the doctors are never on time (I’m actually in the waiting room for over an hour now…and still waiting). There has to be a better way.

I have tonsil stones which have been causing me a lot of pain in my ears and I’m having trouble eating food due to the pain of swallowing and the lady who had my appointment told me that the only thing I can do is salt water gargle when I know something is infected - UPDATE!!!! it’s now a few days later and I went to a different doctor because I was in the worst pain ever I could not eat I could not swallow anything and I could not sleep. Turns out what that lady said wasn’t an infection and that I should just do salt water gargles ended up being a sinus infection along with an infection in my throat and here’s the real kicker I also have mono. Now how are you going to be considered a real doctor if you can’t diagnose three different medical issues. Pathetic

Save your sanity!! Dr Cruz is the WORST doctor. I was 6 months pregnant when she measured my belly and scared me saying I need to do an ultrasound ASAP cause the baby is too big and I can go into labor. My ultrasound was completely normal. The next appointment she told me my belly is measuring too small and we need to figure out why. They’re all bad doctors. I’m changing practices ASAP cause I don’t trust any of them.

If the parent is an adult, you might have to argue with them. I think it's a good idea if the patient has dementia or some memory loss or has problems expressing themselves or have mobility problems. I would insist to go with the patient in these cases
