my experience here was very good! the staff were extremely patient and friendly with me. i expressed my concerns and they listened and don't make me feel dumb and took me seriously. i'm very grateful to the workers here thank you all for making me feel safe and at ease

I went to urgent care . Doctr who seen me was very nice but staff was talking about patient s medical history loudly in halway. I was able to hear everything. Everyone was talking including symptoms. Its totly against of patients privacy. They should better know about it .

THEY BILL AS AN OUTPATIENT CENTER, NOT AN URGENT CARE. I was never informed of how I would be billed, and now am left with a significantly larger amount than if I had gone to a different urgent care facility. My plan charges a $75 copay for urgent care visits, but does not cover diagnostic imaging at an outpatient center. I ended up with a $450 bill because of their misleading title. BEWARE!

I’m very appreciative of the staff at Crystal Run. I had been having chest pain and showed up without an appointment. They were able to see me immediately. We went over my options and the best course of action for me moving forward. Very fast and efficient work. Thank you all again.
