The Pastas, pizza are sooooo delicious food is just amazing.
Drinks are great. I also love the environment.

The food almost 2 hours and when I called I was told multiple times that the driver was 5 to 10'mins away. The manager was not helpful and rude. By the time I got the food it was cold. They did not offer a refund or to bring me new food just to take it back. It's really disappointing to deal with after I have spent hundreds of dollars with this establishment.
Why do you add .50 to the 3.00 delivery charge making it 3.50 for you to call me when you arrive without telling me or,asking me. And,why is it the,sugar tax is over and you,still don't give complimentary liter of soda to your loyal customers,??

Talk to the person/people in charge of La Villa about this issue. I'm sure they'll resolve whatever you want to do...
