The park is free but not the pool.
You can enter the park for free and not need to be a resident. However if you want to enter the pool or the mini golf area, you must be a resident of the incorporated village of valley stream or the valley stream central high school district. If you live in the central high school district and not the incorporated village, the fees are more expensive.
