I’m going to be moving in to hunters crossing in March and I was wondering if it is really as noisy as I hear, what’s your electric bill like a month and do they clean the common areas often?

Noisy...yes. cleanliness of the building common areas, horrible.common areas in my building were only vacuumed 2 times in one year. The windows are filthy, several years of cobwebs dirt dust etc on the windows. $250 electric bills during the winter for one person, 120 to 140 the rest of the year.

I don't live at Hunter's Crossing my daughter does. It isn't noisy at all. The common areas she doesn't use.. So I can't answer that. Sorry
