It was better before north point management took over they constantly try to give you fines, snow removal it terrible, laundry room is dirty, the wall unit ac doesn't cool off the bedroom, maintenance is a joke they can't screw in a light bulb, do yourself a favor and don't move here there's way better apartments for cheaper rent

Every negative comment that is made about this apartment complex is true from the laundry room to the parking lot the hallways the rudeness the quick fixes the raising rent $ 100.00 each year. My electric bill runs $500.00 a month. The pool looks diseased. This the worst complex I've ever lived in.

The apartment itself is super nice. Very spacious and affordable studio. Balcony overlooking the main courtyard area with an area for storage. Garbage disposal is a plus too. Laundry is accessible and easy to use with the card system. The potholes in the parking lot have been at least somewhat addressed in the month between seeing the place and moving in, which is nice to see as it was a sticking point for a lot of people. Trash dumpsters are easy to get to as well. Location is perfect. Grocery stores and many retail stores are less than 5 minutes away. Very close to the highway but not close enough to be disruptive. It does absolutely reek of pot in the hallways. Which is wild because there's nobody obviously smoking in the hallways and why would they when they have balconies and little porch areas?? There are so many places other than inside to do that and it really bothers some people. It's a courtesy thing, you know? Some friends came over and had to hold their breath because it was so strong (they don't partake or anything, but still that's an intense reaction) Honestly, that's my only gripe. I've only lived here for a week so if something else comes up I'll be sure to update this, but as of now I'm pretty happy. Evita and Lia were very helpful and made for a very simple move.

Only some units

I’m going to be moving in to hunters crossing in March and I was wondering if it is really as noisy as I hear, what’s your electric bill like a month and do they clean the common areas often?

Noisy...yes. cleanliness of the building common areas, horrible.common areas in my building were only vacuumed 2 times in one year. The windows are filthy, several years of cobwebs dirt dust etc on the windows. $250 electric bills during the winter for one person, 120 to 140 the rest of the year.
