Teresa I was the manager of Southdale Fixery, unfortunately, malls in general are having trouble, and the solution seems to be to raise the rent for the tennants. The store in Highland Park in St Paul is and will be open for many years to come.
Even if u are looking for fixery the Ford parkway location is the best in my opinion.
