Drop them frozen in boiling water, don't touch them. When they rise to top they're done. I get them all the time, no fail method. I like to eat them with the gravy from their goulash which is amazing, both the pork and beef.
Boil water add some salted butter drop the dumplings lower the heat to medium as soon as the dumplings come up they are cooked. I also fry them in butter a bit
Boil in salted water. Drain and pat dry w a paper towel. Then saute with garlic and herbs til golden
I like to cook them in a pan with a little olive oil and season to taste.
