How are the seats in the IMAX theater? Are they reclining?

The seats are the better compared to other IMAX theatres. They are called AMC Signature Plush Rockers. However, they are NOT reclining. Not even the almost reclining Dolby Seats.

I haven't tried the IMAX theater but the seats in the Dolby theater do recline, and are more comfortable than the AMC on 42nd Street (which needs renovation)
