*1 of my BOY went to NYC'S Dept. of BUILDINGS!!!...RIGHT BY PARSONS & ARCHER, in 2009, AF-TER!!!...THAT WALL ST. CRASH!!! ANYWAY, he kept on pestering them every couple weeks or so till they gave em something within 6 months!!! BOTTOM LINE?!!...UR MUCH BETTER OFF to get housing in NYC!!!*
