Are non-students able to use the College Library, like publicly or with a membership of some kind, paid or otherwise? It's the closest library to me lol.

I believe if you are a Cuny college student, you should be able to get in with your school ID

The library is only open to students from Baruch College or any other CUNY college. It is not open to the public. There are two branches of the New York Public Library nearby, though: the Epiphany branch on the south side of 23rd Street between Second and Third and the Kips Bay Branch at Third Avenue and 31st Street.
